James Maddison’s status has been updated by dependable club insider Paul O’Keefe in the lead-up to Fulham’s match.
Fans were worried about the England international’s availability as they didn’t see him working with the team.
Club O’Keefe responded to a fan’s question on whether or not Madison would be fit to play today by saying that the player is under medical supervision this week as a precaution, which would explain why the player was absent from the most recent training video.
He went on to say that everyone is hoping and expecting him to play.
He's been managed this week. The hope and expectation is he plays.

Micky van de Ven, a top defender for Tottenham, hurt himself last week and will miss this match. His defensive replacement, Radu Dragusin, is almost ready to go.
It is still unclear whether Richarlison will start the game or sit on the bench, but he is likely to be available to play again.
Following last week’s historic triumph against Aston Villa, Ange Postecoglou will be looking to keep the momentum going.
With a victory tonight, they may leapfrog Villa, who face West Ham tomorrow, into fourth place.
